Being a great leader is much harder than the good ones make it look.

Nobody can teach you how to do it properly. There are few actual classes about the essence of it. Sure, you can learn about charts and personality types and KPIs. But actually leading a group towards actually doing things?

It takes effort, experience, and a few stumbles along the way.

There are setbacks, doubts, false starts, and missed opportunities.
