My boss was born in 1964. I know that because she asked me to guess her age once, and I got it right because I removed ten years from my estimate.

She looks super old.

But she’s a tough woman.

You don’t want to joke around her. You do what she says, and you learn.

Because she’s a business genius. I’d work for her for free because that’s how much I value the learning experience.

Actually, I often work for free because she doesn’t pay my overtime.

Not that she refused to do so. I’m just too afraid to ask.

But I learned a ton, and in a few more years, I’ll launch my own business and become a millionaire like her.

We both love money a lot.

Enter the new Gen Z hire

He’s different.

I know because I asked him.

So strange.

He wants to work for business, and he doesn’t have a tie?
