IOV Token Migration Tutorial(via IOV Wallet)
CarLive Chain MainNet has launched on July 18, 2019（GMT+8）,the automatic mapping of the IOV Token by exchange has been completed before the main network launched. From now on, IOV wallet will provide a permanent Token migration channel. Users who have not completed the IOV migration can swap the ERC20 IOV Token to the IOV main network through the IOV wallet at any time according to the CarLive Chain team’s operation guidelines, in exchange for the equal-age primary network IOV Token.
Instructions for IOV Token Migration via IOV Wallet
- Download the IOV wallet or access IOV explorer

2. Find the ERC20 wallet private key (must be the ERC20 wallet address with IOV)
3. Open the IOV wallet and choose to import the wallet with the private key (does not affect the original ERC20 wallet and other tokens)
4. Create a new wallet in the IOV wallet and move the IOV from the imported wallet to the newly created wallet (avoiding the risk of using one private key of the original wallet in both the ERC20 wallet and the IOV wallet)
5. Delete the wallet account imported with the ERC20 wallet private key on the IOV wallet on the ‘Manage Wallet’ page (the online wallet does not need to be operated)
6. Swap completed
[Reminder]: Recently, global users concentrated on downloading IOV wallets in the same time period. In order to guareentee the users’ experience, please avoid the peak period（10:00~12:00 am and 20:00~24:00 pm） to avoid congestion. Thank you for your understanding and support.
