Carry Global Team Introduction: CTO Andy Pan
With our strategic transition towards building a Web3 game infrastructure, we are also scaling our team to capture the global market. Today, we’re thrilled to introduce a visionary who joined us late last year on this journey: our new Chief Technology Officer, Andy Pan.
Andy comes with a lot of experience and fresh ideas to help us connect with people all over the world, and we are lucky to have him onboard. This is a key step in our mission to go global, and we’re excited about what the future holds.
Andy pursued computer science in both his undergraduate and master’s studies, where he developed an early interest in crypto through his exposure to theoretical studies of cryptography and information theory. After completing his master’s degree at the National University of Singapore, he became an early member of the Experimentation Platform team at Grab. Within two years, the platform’s incoming data had reached 10 petabytes per year, impacting hundreds of millions of users in Southeast Asia. He then spent several years establishing a new data department for AirAsia. In 2023, Andy’s path led him to Carry Protocol, where he is once again shaping the future with our innovative team.
