Tech Rewards & Recognition — Feb’23

BEST CODER OF THE MONTH
Sukumar Abhijeet has demonstrated exceptional programming skills, creativity, and attention to detail in their submission. Their code showcases a deep understanding of technology/framework, and their implementation is highly efficient, elegant, and maintainable.
He worked on improving the detail page interaction speed in react native application for the UAE consumer app. He achieved a ~60fps rate throughout the detail page usage, previously somewhere close to ~33fps. This helped in resolving multiple OOM issues on the FE side.

Fun is when you discuss something unknown to achieve technically with your team-mate and suddenly you can visualise the pathway or solution to that. Would like to thank Vivek & rabindra for keeping such positive and open discussion every time.The best thing i have seen working here is individual effort never goes in vain. The company is taking extra step every time to get the hard efforts of individuals into limelight.

EXTRA MILER AWARD
Santhosh Vijaykumar contributed significantly to developing DOMO dashboards. He gave a groundbreaking solution, understood the business requirement, and planned his solutions based on them. Thanks to him, we have internal reporting of the most pressing and important metrics.

- Development of NPS Post order feedback Analysis for seller side
