Happy holiday season to our communities across the globe! During the last month, the Cartesi team made continued progress on several of our initiatives. Excited to see how your favorite project is progressing? Check out the major developments in December:

Cartesi Rollups:

  • Dockerization of Rollups Node to facilitate deployment and the creation of a validator infrastructure.
  • On-chain support for Rollups events.
  • Off-chain support for Rollups in the emulator, Linux kernel, and support tools.

Noether’s PoS Delegation System

  • Explorer updates: we now display staking pools with a 7-day and 30-day APR.
  • Fix of ENS pool name resolution bug.

Texas HODL’em Poker

Progress towards the full MVP implementation of the showcase DApp

  • Finalized full port of the client app to Electron, already working for MacOS.
  • Completed generic timeout mechanism for the TurnBasedGame framework.
  • New skin fully implemented.
  • Internal wallet for better UX and usage within Electron.
  • Started final internal tests.
