Cartisan recently received a service request from a customer who owns a 2014 Mercedes-Benz C200 CGI. The car needed a complete checkup along with a periodic maintenance service.
A quote was provided and the car was picked up from the customer’s location to the closest Cartisan Preferred Workshop.
There, work began in the engine bay where the air filter was removed and replaced with a brand new genuine air filter.
The cabin filter was also replaced with a brand new cabin filter.
The engine oil was drained out followed by the oil filter being removed. A new oil filter was fitted to the engine block and then the block itself was filled up with approximately 6.5 liters of fully synthetic 5W-40 engine oil from Shell.
The wheels were removed one by one and the brake pads were removed from the brake calipers. The brake pads were then replaced with brand new genuine pads.
The wheels are then mounted back on to the wheel hubs and the car is lowered to the ground and taken for a test drive to confirm that the service was carried out successfully.
