Cartisan received a request for general service of a 5 year old Mercedes E250 CDI, previously one of the best selling Mercedes models in India with 4 cylinder 2.2 litre diesel engine.
Service was delivered at a Cartisan Preferred workshop in Gurgaon.
First step to drain the old engine oil and remove the existing oil filter.
Dust in the city had taken its toll on the Air filter in the vehicle and it had to be replaced with a brand new filter.
Fresh engine oil was poured in, Castrol Edge Titanium 5W40 fully synthetic engine oil suitable for the vehicle.
Brakes cleaning was carried out for all 4 wheels and brake pads and discs were found to be in decent condition not requiring immediate replacement
