Cartisan recently received a service request from a customer who owns a Toyota Fortuner. The car required a periodic maintenance service where all the filters and the engine oil are replaced.

The customer booked the service on the Cartisan app and the service team arrived at the customer’s location at the scheduled date and time.

The bonnet was popped open the work began from there. The air filter was removed from the air filter housing and was replaced with a brand new air filter.

Next the fuel filter was removed and replaced with a brand new fuel filter. The coolant was then topped up.

The engine oil was drained out completely from underneath the engine block. After the oil drain nut was screwed back in place, the engine oil filter was removed and replaced with a brand new oil filter.

After the oil filter was installed, the engine block was topped up with approximately 8 liters of 5W-40 Synthetic Engine Oil.

The engine was cranked and the car was left to idle for sometime. After this, the wheels were removed from the car one by one.

In the front, the brake pads were removed from their calipers and cleaned with sand paper.

For the rear, the brake drums were removed, and the brake liners and drum was cleaned and dusted with the help of sandpaper and cloth.

The car was then lowered and taken for a test drive to confirm that the service was completed successfully.
