Steady Flight: What has happened since we launched!
Since Takeoff
What a month! A lot has happened since CARTT initially took flight at the beginning of September. The communities of Angola and Fort Wayne, Indiana have embraced the delivery service with open arms and high expectations. With one month down we are revved up and excited to take this momentum into October!
We have been busy!
September was a whole new experience for both us at CARTT along with our customers. Like any other type of relationship, there needs to be a sense of trust. The best part about last month was being able to interact with new customers on a daily. After CARTT was featured in the local papers, the community began to recognize the spaceman logo and trademark blue shirts along with our trucks packed with you name it!
No job has been too big or too small for our drivers. From junky old T.V’s to brand new cabinets and mahogany tables. We continue to live up to the standards of “Getting what you need from point A to point B!”
Growing with the Community
Our biggest goal from the beginning has been to grow with our local communities. Being native to Fort Wayne and Angola our team members know the area well. With so much growth in both Fort wayne and Angola, it was important to form as many relationships as possible. It’s not enough to just give the community a service, but our mission at CARTT is to deliver a positive experience to the people in a personal way. Most of our deliveries have forced us to enter into the owner’s home. For most that can be an uncomfortable situation, but it has been a joy to know the trust our customers have had with us and their items. Slowly, but surely we have began to develop a following with local people who have gained great value from our CARTT movers and their positive attitudes!
As we have made great growth with our customers, it would not have been possible without our local partners in the Fort wayne area. Partnerships have been a great contributor toward our steady growth. Businesses like Vintage Treasures and House of Furniture have been gracious enough to use our services as a resource for their customers. We are also in the mix of forming a promising partnership with Fort Wayne Storage to make getting your items in and out of storage easier than ever!
What’s Next?
This is just the beginning of what CARTT has in store. With the growth that has been seen so far, we have began recruiting more drivers to make the experience for our customers that much more convenient along with continuing the momentum we have to expand our partnerships with more locations. As we go from baby steps to quantum leaps we hope our you know that we appreciate the support for what we are working towards.
