As we already informed in our monthly summary article for June, Cashaa Wallet now supports BEP2 assets. So far supporting CAS and BNB, we expect that from August on we have a dynamic capability where every business with a token on Binance chain can use our wallet to give to their community as a wallet that supports their token.
This is one of the next steps in our roadmap and a good opportunity as it is very new and there are not many such wallets yet.
Business & Personal Banking
In addition to our over 400 business signups, we last week issued our first personal IBAN account to a community member who successfully referred a business user. We want to support those early users who refer businesses to us, as banking underbanked businesses is our main goal for 2019.
Blockchain Innovator Award
Again a big thank you to all of you for having voted for Kumar and having enabled him to become 2nd in the Blockchain Innovator Award at London Tech Week, before some of the big names in the blockchain space such as Stratis and ConsenSys.
Business Customer Onboarding
We are still optimising our operations and due to the huge number of signups, we are considering to filter our applicants, and at first limit our checks to customers with over 5 Million GBP, to maintain a healthy cost vs revenue balance.
On the personal account side, we are still only intending to give accounts to community members who are also CAS token holders and not to the masses yet.
We have made significant improvements in this area, we have now closed all open issues and have same-day replies established. We now have dedicated customer support for all onboarded customers. As our customer, you will have a personal contact any time for any of your banking issues. We are still hiring and training more team members and are looking to add more virtual dedicated account managers, so we can give you 24/7 support for all your banking needs no matter where you are based.
Marketing & Sales
We will launch a series of Twitter and trading events with Binance around our coming listing on Binance DEX to bring CAS tokens to market.
The last CMC banner marketing got us 58 business customers, adding to our already huge pipeline of leads, due to which we have no plans to start GoogleAdwords until a later point during Q3 2019.
Partnership and Referral Marketing
In addition to the 4 legal and accounting firms that already signed up as our strategic partner to bank their clients with us, we are expecting overall 50–100 companies to join. We will create an app where we will list all of these businesses that would also function as Cashaa office where you can go, submit your documentation and easily open your Cashaa account.
Due to all the technical changes required, we have not been able to add the referral codes to users’ accounts yet, so far you will still need to make an email introduction. We are expecting to have the referral codes up on 1st August.
There are more exciting features to come! New advantages for our personal users that refer us a business customer, in addition to getting a personal IBAN account and 150 USD for additional referrals, will be the upgrade to a higher tier, and up to 5 % interest if you keep your EUR with us.
A total of 119 addresses have been reported by the community related to unfortunate incidents with their CAS tokens. We now have an automated system to look out for scammer addresses, and we will switch to using this automated system on Tuesday, and be able to less rely on manual checks, which will speed the process up.
So far 800 users have requested to swap, all their tokens will be distributed by 12th July.
