Growing our tribe — Meet our new EIRs
Meet our fantastic team of Entrepreneurs-in-Residence (EIRs), who bring a wealth of knowledge and diverse experiences in different sectors and countries.
They will act as coaches and mentors, and will support our Migrapreneurs in the Catalysr 2018 (C18) program, kicking off this weekend.

Ian Scrivener
Ian has 25+ years experience in micro-businesses, startups, and consulting across 7 countries. He has also done 5 tech startups, has multiple patents, deep experience with NSW grants. He’s currently the technical CEO at cleverHeart.
Pratibha Rai
Rai has 10+ years experience as a product manager and startup coach, including a stint with Pollenizer. She’s a returning Catalysr EIR from 2017 and is also a migrapreneur herself, with a deep understanding of the barriers faced by migrapreneurs.
Jon Westenberg
Jon is an award-winning marketing genius, who has built his career on content, 40+ global other publications. He holds the largest Medium audience in the APAC and is currently the Director of PR and Communications for Flare.
Paula Gleeson
Paula has 20+ years of diverse experiences in corporate, human-rights, NFPs, with programs and mentorship in 11+ countries. Currently she’s the Manager of Institute of Social Justice at ACU. Her particular interest is in coaching female migrapreneurs.
Ryan Cross
Ryan is an computer engineer with 10+ years of diverse experiences as a: product leader, solution architect, founder and startup mentor. Currently he’s the CPO/CTO at Data61’s platform called Ribit. He’s also a migrapreneur himself.
Rosary Coloma
Rosary has 7+years experience in startups, human-centred design and academia. She was an integral part of setting up UTS Hatchery program. Currently she’s a co-founder at Beneco Futures.
Ankita Mehta
Ankita has a business and technology background, with 8 years of experience an intrapreneur and is now a Founder of her own startup called Tot Tok. She’s also a migrapreneur herself.
We’re very stoked to welcome all of our EIRs and they will join our large network of advisors and mentors to deliver our 6-months pre-accelerator program.
