0–1 innovation building something from nothing. 1-N innovation is two products having different features or replicated products but the final product is considered different.

When creating a 0–1 product we face many challenges such as coming up with a use case, finding required resources, creating needs in the market, etc.

Even if we have technical skills it is difficult to build a unique product. We need learnability to see and check work. While performing experiments we may face failures so we need people who don’t burn out from these failures. The person who is capable of working with minimal resources. Using resources is sustainable.

MVP: minimum viable products, made using less effort.

Reducing the cost of manufacturing reducing waste and increasing efficiency. In the basic concept of MVP, we find out the problem to be solved and make basic assumptions. And based on these assumptions the product is made. With basic requirements, the product is launched in the market.

INTERESTING TOPIC! RIGHT?

Getting feedback and bringing in iterative evolutions and creating a multi-version of the product.

THINGS FOR PEOPLE WITH A GROWTH MINDSET!!!

Bringing in a growth mindset helps you create and understand the product in a much better way.

I had to bring in this thread, When peers in your group are doing mediocre stuff then we question ourselves

whether the thing I’m doing is right or wrong ?

If we don’t take a stand for ourselves and for people having a growth mindset then society will push us to a mediocre level.

People with this mindset may look rude when defending their points/thoughts, but they bring an intuitive vibe which is rare.
