Today, but Not Today

Being 15 is tough.

Most kids are on the front end of their high school battle, and the biggest concerns are centered around friends, family, and fun.

However, the world has witnessed a few rare teens who accomplish things most would’ve dismissed as impossible.

Meet Lydia Ko.

Korean-born New Zealand Golfer, Lydia Ko

Lydia is a two-time major winner in women’s professional golf, she’s amassed 23 worldwide professional victories so far, and she’s only 25 years old.

However, it was her first win that turned heads because it was 10 years ago.

On August 26, 2012, at the age of 15 years 4 months 3 days old, Lydia Ko won the Canadian Women’s Open to set a new bar for youngest champion in LPGA Tour history.

For good measure, Ko defended her title the following year to solidify both top spots as youngest to win on Tour.

What were you doing when you were 15?

The struggle was real
