For the past few months our team has been deep in the hiring process! We are excited to introduce some of our new teammates, who have been hard at work in their roles already. Here is a glimpse into who they are and what their experience at Catchafire has been thus far.

1) What was the most surprising part of the interview process?

I met and spoke to about ten different people on the Catchafire team — all from different areas of the company. I thought it was great to give me a real feel for the organization. Finding a mutual culture fit is really important. — Julia, Director of Strategic Partnerships

2) What was your first day working at Catchafire like?

A whole lot like running up a mountain. But when I got to the top, the view made it all worth it. — Zoe, Special Assistant to the CEO & Operations Manager

My first day (really, week) of Catchafire was exciting. It was a perfect mix of structured training and learning through osmosis. I was presented with a week long training plan to get me up to speed on the fundamentals. I was also on calls and in real meaningful business discussions. — Julia, Director of Strategic Partnerships

I think I spent most of the first week in discussion and absorbing the vision of Catchafire. It helped me a great deal to understand how the company’s business model and product evolved, and where we could go in the future. — Hefei, Business Strategist

4) What attracted you to Catchafire?

5) What are you most excited to learn here at Catchafire?
