An appreciation, a sense of identity, and belonging all come with an ease that comes with progressing up the ladder and maintaining the staircase toward achievement. So, whenever someone tries to bring you down, do not look back; the journey you have taken is worthwhile.
People almost always expect perfection, especially from those in positions of authority. When someone is constantly watching you, it is difficult to breathe or even glance at your phone. It is as though we are angels. It could be your boss showing up any time to start berating you.
We do not discount the possibility that some of our bosses may be like this; some even go above and beyond to make our workplaces feel welcoming and productive. At the end of the month, we often have excellent output and a family you can visit the following month.
Perhaps you have gone through this and thought there is no point in bothering your boss, but why in the world would someone decide to turn your life into a robot's? We can all agree that working without someone breathing down our neck every morning is easy.
