Discipline is the first secret to my success. I love coconut. I grew up drinking lots of natural coconut water, cooking various meals and desserts with natural coconut milk, and eating coconut alone.
In my culture, we break the coconut, drink the water, remove the meat, and grate it. Then, we extract the milk.

Growing up in a religious country, I was aware early of what happened between Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. We were indoctrinated that Satan tempted Eve, who tricked Adam.
This morning, my husband was grating two coconuts. He offered me a piece. I took it and put it in the freezer to shred when I baked my bread.
He stared at me and asked, “Aren’t you going to eat it?’
