This is the best thing I have said to myself after a difficult day. I spent my last night in a dark room, but it was not a terrifying experience, so do not worry.
On difficult days, I chose to meditate and take a break from the internet. I also counted how many times I woke up in July feeling like I needed to start over, but I still managed to smile at the end of the day.
There were times when I had ideas for posts on Medium, but I could not think of anything to write about.
I realized that these are the times when a person discovers who they are and makes important choices.

I have carried myself with confidence ever since I joined in August because I am prepared for whatever comes my way.
Even though we have not met in person, your support has meant a great deal to me and the young people I mentor.
To all of my friends on Medium, you are worth more than a thousand words.
Remember this: tough people endure, but tough times pass. If you are reading this, go back and read the first line again. I need a pristine mirror to look into and declare that August made me happier and better, so August means picking up the broken pieces and mending them.

Marvelous...

Dr. Black, even though you are a surgeon by profession, you would have made a pretty good Psychiatrist. You should consider shrinking heads on the side.

see anger like a man with a horse; if the man does not train and control the horse, the animal will drag the man around. But if the man can master the horse, they will have the strength...

That’s a great comparison
