Little Ones Feel Deeply the Love They Receive
Observing little kids every day through interaction with them
As the sun softens and the breeze turns gentle, I go out for my evening walk every evening. What begins as a way to stretch my legs and breathe in some fresh air has become one of my day's most delightful parts. The reason? The people and little children I meet along the way.
Some kids are in their prams with a caretaker, others are playing, and others are with their parents but playing with other little kids. It is fun to observe and interact with them every day.
Some toddlers waddle about with endless energy, their giggles spilling out like music as they run after a ball or chase each other in circles. A few are slightly older, already finding their first bonds of friendship, playing hand in hand with their companions while their parents watch from nearby benches.
Every day brings fresh moments of observation and interaction. Sometimes, it is just a smile exchanged. A shy “hello” is whispered at other times before the child returns to their game.
Sometimes, it is a more extended engagement when a curious child tugs at my sleeve to show me their toy car, or proudly calls out to talk to me with a friendly, loud hello.
