Lately, our daily lives have increasingly become more routine. You wake up to a hectic schedule that prevents you from getting anything done. You are exhausted at the end of the day, but because you are not the boss, you cling to the hope that tomorrow will be better. Life is like a roller coaster, and your signature holds you accountable when it is time to be paid.

A few years ago, I was fortunate to find work at a school near my home. I was there for about three months before leaving to work elsewhere. Adjusting to coworkers with differing life perspectives presented a challenge for me; some were rude to me, others spoke too loudly, and some lacked self-esteem. However, because I had signed a contract for the three months I needed to be there, I assumed nothing had happened. It was difficult to get up every day and remember that I was supposed to be there for three months.

Do you know what? I left having met my goals and even planning to relocate to another place in search of a new job. I do not mean to brag, but some people I left behind were better and nicer than before.

Negative experiences should rarely break you; instead, they can serve as a stepping stone to help you advance in life.

Even though it is dark here, it will not last forever; difficult times pass, but tough people endure.
I am not sure how your life works, but I always look forward to the day after being in the dark.
