What Is It with Nature?
There is a sense of belonging
It is been approximately a month since I ventured out to gain a deeper comprehension of what it is like to enter a natural space, and even in your solitude, you have reasons to linger among the trees. The act of simply being there every day brings about a sense of renewal.
A tour in a peaceful area with clean air and flowing water can help calm a mind that is on the verge of blowing up from too much work-related stress. The sound of the water is soothing and can help relax muscles and nerves. It is also therapeutic to massage your heart in such a setting, and everyone goes there specifically to heal their own wounds.
While riding yesterday, I made the decision to go on a nature trail, which temporarily felt like medicine to me. I thought that everyone should be able to experience this since it is inexpensive to stroll along a river, take pictures of the area, and recognize that even though creation is tainted by sin, it is still beautiful.
Those who are going through a difficult time in life should take a moment to calm down and remember that happiness comes from the little things in life—small acts of kindness and moments of joy. Nobody is more deliberate at bringing us joy than the Creator of the natural world. A pure mind, a normal heart rate, and internal healing are the fruits of nature.
