Bleeding Mountain

A poem.

Ronald Mathew
Catharsis

--

She was vigorous
She endured it all
The horrors of her youth
The chaos and the fall

She appeared to be fine
There weren’t any problems
She was a mountain
She had never fallen

No one ever expected
She would take her own
They thought mountains never break
Yet she bled until dawn

If you liked my work, consider reading more of my poems, it would really make my day. Thank you!
