Black Cat Peeping Tom
One day this week I was wrapping up work in my home office when suddenly I had this feeling of being watched. I turned to the window and this was the view! How long has she been there???
Leia is a feral cat who lives in the yard with two other cats as companions, plenty of greenery to lay about in, and a greenhouse for shelter in bad weather.
I’ve never seen her do this before, so I don’t know what possessed her to do it this particular afternoon.
Pardon the messy backyard but this part of the property is what I call the “utility” yard. It’s where I store things like kayaks, old fence sections slated for DIY projects, and evidently, the ladder I forgot to put away after cleaning out the gutters.
I know the quality of these photos isn’t the best but what can you do when you need to quickly take some cat photos and you haven’t cleaned the windows in a while? The camera kept wanting to focus on the dirt spots on the window rather than what was beyond the glass.
