Caturday with Shadow

Kind of tolerance

We adopted Shadow November 25, 2022. She was completely withdrawn and would not interact with us for months. Taffy did not take kindly to her presence, and we did not push things. Eventually, the hissing stopped and they began to tolerate each other.

Shadow has chosen one of the chairs at the diningroom table as “home base” and that is where she sleeps.

Taffy retains control of Bruces’ office, which is where her cat stand is located. That stand also has a cosy sleeping nook which Taffy likes.

In May we were surprised to find them both on the cat stand. Shadow looks a little tentative.
