Our cat, Taffy, is the queen of casual sleeping poses. In the photo above she has completely inverted.

We only had Dilly for a few months. A lovely cat with a really sweet personality, he had liver cancer unbeknownst to us, or his former owner. Dilly loved tp play violently with his favorite mousey toy, then fling himself down on the floor in a sunny spot, for a snooze. Taffy came to us as a traumatized three year old. She lived in the basement for several months then came to stay in my parters’ office. Not long after that we adopted Dilly (R.I.P.). Taffy and Dilly became close pals, and when he died just a few months later, Taffy became extremely depressed. Enter my dear buddy, Gandalf.

With his laid back personality, Gandalf quickly made friends with our dog, Tessa (R.I.P.), and also with a reluctant Taffy. They also became buddies.

While Gandalf really seemed to enjoy lying close to Taffy, he also enjoyed his moments of fully stretched out body on the windowshelf.
