Causr Launches In New Zealand
Cause & Effect-The Tales Of Our Users
Since our launch in September we have had users from all around the globe downloading Causr in order to connect with the world around them and seek out those opportunities that are just around the corner.
Today’s user, John-Jo Ritson is based in Christchurch, NZ and he tells us why he wanted to download Causr;
“I love the serendipity of life, I really do. But I’d also like to give it a helping hand. I would still be fortunate to be at the same airport terminal as mydream client / collaborator, so why not throw an electronic sign up there letting them know you are there also?”
“I ended up making a feature film that has toured to 27 sellout cinemas around NZ, had a pop up SKY channel and just been elected for the Banff Film Festival World Tour-all off the back of a chance suggestion from a passing acquaintance… so why not encourage or facilitate anything similar with Causr?”
Why should other people download and use Causr?
“The more people who are on the app, the more chances there are for us all to connect. It’s free, it’s easy, and it could take you places you’d never dream of. You never know who you might meet, and who they might know, i.e. your dream client or collaborator.”
Why did you request the groups?
The groups I found online were mainly based around the UK — NZ has a thriving entrepreneur community, this would be the perfect way for us all to connect while on the go.
