So basically, a convenient way to manage all your tasks from few devices possible. It can be done by either your smart phone or laptop or other smart devices around you. With one of these devices, you can manage a whole lot of tasks through one click. Digital centralization is not about comfort, it’s been made into a lifestyle. It’s more or less like peace of mind. This means that wherever you are, you can manage occupational and personal life through apps, LAN and other resources.

Digital centralization has a lot of advantages in the work place too. With centralized devices around, you can check and respond to emails, schedule virtual training sessions, attend video conferences and interviews and make live presentations too. By implementing centralization, there is standardization of work. There will be no unbiased allocation of work given to any individual employees. It helps ease the work load of the team leader, since reminiscing training and development will decrease the budget. In my opinion, the most beneficial in digital centralization is the flexibility. This ensures a greater degree of the quality and standardization of work.

So all in all, centralization creates a thin line between traditional and modern. While it is still at the beginning stages, this piece of technology has to be accepted globally. This should be handled very delicately so that it could sustain for a longer period of time.
