- There are many different types of stress (especially 2 though, extreme and severe)
- Stress can be an extreme motivator of human action
- People deal with stress in different ways, some choose healthy and some choose unhealthy but it’s never that black and white in the persons mind
- Keeping stress bottled up can cause severe isolation
- Spending Time in VR can drastically change the way a person perceives reality
