Eager to start blogging

Hi everyone. My name is Rachel Loomis and I’m looking forward to being a blogger for Cecil. English has always been one of my favorite subjects, and I write quite a lot. Writing is a creative outlet for me, and I am excited to be able to use this platform to share my thoughts.

This is my second year at Cecil. After I graduate with an associate degree in general studies and a minor in English, I plan on transferring to Towson University to pursue a bachelor’s in English or communications. In the future, I’d like to be a writer or an editor for a magazine. Other than writing, I enjoy drawing, doing makeup, traveling, and attending concerts.

I am eager to start blogging about my experiences at Cecil, and I hope I will be able to offer some advice and share some new perspectives.
