Just when you thought that the “elections drama” was finally over, more drama pops up again. Donald Trump is now “president-elect” but it’s being reported that Hillary Clinton has joined third-party candidate Jill Stein in contesting the election results in certain states.

Donald Trump has referred to Hillary’s challenging of the results as acting like “a hypocrite and a sore loser”.

He’s calling her a hypocrite and a sore loser in reference to Hillary’s attack after he said during the third presidential debate, that he was non-committal on challenging the results of the election. Hillary called Donald’s challenge “a direct threat to our democracy”. She also claimed that Donald’s challenge was also threatening the smooth transition of power — which is a fundamental part of democratic elections.

It now appears as if “the shoe is on the other foot”. Hillary’s supporters are now rioting on the streets, coupled with her contesting of the election results. This really does not support her claims of having “a smooth transition of power”.

As for Jill Stein, she is only contesting the results in states where Donald won. Stein is also expected to contest the results in Michigan and Pennsylvania. Let’s hope that she actually has irrefutable evidence of voter fraud taking place in these states — otherwise the crowdfunding money that she raised would be wasted.

Speaking of “crowdfunding”, it’s also being reported that her crowdfunding campaign to contest the election results has raised over $6 million dollars. Her entire election campaign however was only able to raise approximately $3 million dollars.

It’s been hinted that this campaign to contest the election results in these states is being supported by some “big name” donors who are directly affiliated with Hillary Clinton — but these reports are yet to be verified.

With regards to Donald Trump’s view on the challenge from Hillary Clinton and Jill Stein, he only had one thing to say: “So much time and money will be spent — same result. Sad.”
