My little brother insists that when he was like three, I’d punched pyramid shaped pits in his fingertips with the lid hole punch dad made. Said he could see the layers of skin going down. As if that thing could even make holes like that in fingertips! What a weirdo.

It’s one of my earliest memories, perhaps the earliest; looking at my fingertips and seeing pyramid shaped holes
