It seems that not much good comes out of America these days. Another day another Black death. Another day another mass shooting. To everyone looking in it highlights americas Naivety.

A 32-year-old Minnesota man has reportedly died after being shot by a police officer during an apparent traffic stop. The aftermath of the shooting was captured on Facebook Live.

Local CBS affiliate WCCO confirmed that the man shot by police was Philando Castile, according to his family. He died at the Hennepin County Medical Center.

Philando Castile’s Girlfriend filmed the aftermath of the shooting on Facebook live. (See Video Below)

Viewers may find this video distressing.

The video, shot by the Mr Castile’s girlfriend, Lavish Reynolds, and posted to Facebook, shows the man bleeding in the driver’s seat in his vehicle as the officer continues to point his firearm. Ms Reynolds said in the video that they were pulled over in Falcon Heights, a suburb of St Paul, for a broken taillight. Ms Reynolds’ Facebook account appeared to be deactivated at the time of writing.

Ms Reynolds said that Mr Castile was an employe of St Paul Public Schools. JJ Hill Montessori School in St Paul lists him as “Phil Castile”, the cafeteria supervisor.

Ms Reynolds described the sequence of events repeatedly throughout the video, during which she said the officer asked the driver for his license and registration.

Through the power of Social Media people turned up at the scene just hours later to show their solidarity and support.

This all comes just a day after the shooting and killing of Alton Sterling outside of a Gas station as he tried to sell CDs. The police were called about somebody causing drama outside of the Gas station. It turns out that Alton Sterling was not the man that the police were called about.

The shooting was captured from two angles.

Both Videos are distressing.

It is reported that this shooting will be investigated as it is clear that the Alton was pinned to the ground by two officers when shot.

There has since been huge support for Alton.

The hardest part of all these killings is that Altons children have lost their Father.
