Start of DoDream study abroad service — Dream Guide
Korea’s study abroad environment is not that bad compared to other countries. In addition, the number of international students is exploding due to the trend of K-pop and the policy of the Ministry of Education. However, many problems such as financial damage caused by unverified brokers, inefficient document management, and formal support for international students have also emerged, leading to a decline in satisfaction with studying abroad, and some are concerned that studying in Korea may become a trend.
The first service we have prepared to address these issues is the Dream Guide. Dream Guide is a personalized study abroad design service. It discloses information from about 300 universities, designs appropriate courses according to the conditions and circumstances of international students, and helps students preparing to study abroad gather fragmented information to check it quickly and easily. Through this, it prevents damage from unverified brokers, reduces the cost of studying abroad, and guides students to counseling to a verified study abroad center if they need it. Dream Guide, which can directly design the study abroad process, will be a reliable partner to rely on more than anyone else in the preparation stage for studying abroad.
Content-based study abroad support services — Do Play
Do Play helps international students get used to local culture by providing contents that they can enjoy in Korea. It provides various information from Korean traditional culture such as Korean holidays and hanbok to the latest trends such as photo attractions, local restaurant information, and concert information. Foreigners and Koreans have different views, but Do Play is managed by Dream Maker, which consists of 13 foreign students. These contents will be more familiar to international students. They share their daily tips, such as grocery shopping and receiving packages in Korea, and produce content related to Korea. As such, Do Play and Dream Maker serve as a bridge between Korea and students who are considering studying abroad.
As such, Dream Guide and Do Play not only make it easier for foreigners who want to study abroad in Korea to access and prepare information, but also allow them to interpret and accept Korean culture and trends from a foreigner’s perspective. Through this, international students will be able to save money and time to prepare for studying abroad and start studying abroad in Korea more comfortably.
