Well, well, they see no need on 3rd September. Lets see in Oct-Nov already how that changes, with new sanctions likely coming and RUB tumbling over 70 vs USD ( local RUB grains prices will shoot up). And traders now will be trying to export as much as possible, as crazy, before its too late.

Also intervention grains’ quality is highly questionnable, especially milling wheat (due to very often bad storage conditions of crops several years old).
