Since 2020, the covid era has introduced us to more new and exciting podcasts to fit every genre. But if you are to start your own podcast right now, how are you going to do it without drying out your bank account? Well, I’ve got you covered! You may have the idea, but I’ll guide you through the budget-friendly equipment for your podcast journey.

ON A BUDGET PODCAST EQUIPMENT BUNDLE
  1. A GOOD MICROPHONE.

While it is a norm for podcasters to eventually get a rode podmic, when starting out, I’d advise you to get a cheaper condenser mic that works the same purpose as the rode mic only a couple of dollars less.

2. STUDIO HEADPHONES

For your to record you need quality headphones. But I don’t mean Dr. Dre headphones, get yourself budget headsets that work great. Don’t worry about the branding or the fact that it’s not wireless. What matters is that they serve their purpose without any issues.

3. MICROPHONE ARM

When podcasting you need to have as less noise as possible, especially around your mic. In order to have the mic in place and move it without noise, you need a cheap yet functional boom arm. You can get these and clamp them on your table or desk and attach all other accessories to them.
