A Circle of Friends Exploring Groundbreaking Ideas in the Swiss Alps
The luxury Swiss ski-resort of St. Moritz, located in the Engadine valley, has far more to offer than 5-star hotels and upscale winter tourism. The unique landscape, with its mountains, forests and lakes, has always inspired people to find new ways of thinking and of shaping the future.
This was seen at the Crypto Finance Conference two years go, which was held in the heart of St. Moritz. This first conference was filled with so much constructive energy, that the former Swiss President Johann Schneider-Ammann proclaimed Switzerland the “Crypto Nation” in his speech.
Today we know how visionary this statement was, both for Switzerland, which has established itself as one of the world’s leading blockchain and crypto ecosystems, and for the Crypto Finance Conference itself. The CfC St. Moritz is an invite-only event bringing together institutional capital managers, regulators, and corporates to learn from crypto’s top fund managers, entrepreneurs, and advocates. The intimate and private setting guarantees an open and trusting atmosphere, in which the in which the participants feel comfortable exchanging ideas.. As a result of this, better decision making for future actions and investments are established.
CfC St. Moritz’s main target goal is to allow personal transfers and access of knowledge and insights to happen, from the most relevant industry experts to a curated and limited group of family offices, institutional and private investors. Furthermore, a distinctive networking platform offers the participant a unique opportunity for the participant to communicate with like minded individuals. Regarding the agenda, next year’s three-day conference builds on three main topics each day.
- The first day is devoted to macro-topics: We start the conference with talks about global trends. Leading from this, discussions about central banks and stablecoins, the status-quo of regulation, technological developments and development of exchanges will be held.
- The second day focuses on the micro-perspective. After the first day, and the 10,000 meter perspective on the industry, we will go into more detail regarding investment strategies, asset management, DeFi as well as tools and indicators used in the industry. As Switzerland is at the forefront of the crypto and blockchain development, we will conclude the day with a “Crypto Nation Switzerland” block, in which the most important developments in Switzerland are discussed.
- The third day deals with the question of what impact crypto and blockchain technology already have and will have on the world of tomorrow. There will be discussions about the implementation of crypto and blockchain in Africa as well as China and focus on already implemented solutions.
