this is the Chainb team.

We’re so grateful to release our very first issue of Chainb News Update.

We will continuously feed you recent updates of Chainb, which opens on Oct. 31, so that you can readily use the services that it offers.

The first subject we are going to focus on is Chainb customer service (CS) policy. Chainb CS and operations teams put the best effort into making the user experience secure, fast and easy.

Let’s take a look at what the CS team does and the plans it has going forward to ensure the convenient user experience.

1. FAQ

Chainb put together frequently asked questions (FAQ) covering every subject from sign-up, withdrawal and other functions. All the answers will be posted after being confirmed by related departments.

-FAQs are a list of questions you can look up whenever you have a problem regarding the sign-up or other basic functions of the exchange.

-FAQs contain questions that are frequently asked by the users.

-FAQs will be collected and answered by related departments.

2. 1 on 1 Inquiry

If you have any questions that aren’t answered in the FAQ section, then please ask them through 1 on 1 inquiry. Our team members will return to you with answers.

-1:1 Inquiry is for when you are facing a difficulty in using the exchange.

-1:1 Inquiry takes questions that you couldn’t find answer to with searching or at the FAQ section.

-Hit “1:1 Inquiry” and ask the question you have.

3. Offline Q&A

If you are having a difficulty operating your PC or mobile device, you may request offline Q&A sessions. We take all the questions ranging from sing-up, withdrawal and how to use the exchange. You can come to the Chainb headquarters in downtown Seoul and one of our team members will sit down with you to solve the problems you are experiencing.

-Offline Q&A sessions are for when you are having a difficulty controlling PC or mobile device.

-Offline Q&A sessions take questions ranging from sign-up, withdrawal and using the exchange.

-Offline Q&A sessions are available when you come to the Chainb headquarters in downtown Seoul.

There can be a few difficulties in the beginning after the launch, but our team members will jump in right away and solve the problems. Team Chainb will do our best to make your experience on our platform smooth and seamless.
