ChainEX visiting the Blockchain Conference in Johannesburg

Blockchains has existed for quite some time, but in recent years they have made a big impact in not only South Africa, but in the rest of the world too. At one stage everyone was asking the same question: What is Blockchain? You could summarise it as it removes the need for a trusted third party. Instead of using the bank to make a transaction, you can make it directly without a middle man, on blockchains. Now that we’ve only scratched the tip of the iceberg, blockchains are not only limited to transactions but have been used to make decentralised markets, new and improved social networks, financial services, affordable education and so much more.

ChainEX will be visiting the Blockchain Conference in Johannesburg on the 27th of July 2018 at the Midrand Conference Centre. The conference aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of Blockchain technology by focusing on how to address the implementation challenges, make best use of the opportunities and benefit from the innovation and disruption that this technology brings alone. In other words, getting to know more about the Blockchain, how to adapt to all the changes often implemented, and how to make the best out of the opportunities that arise out of it.
