Chainode Tech is active as a Validator on the XPLA Mainnet
Zug, Switzerland — December 12th 2022 — We are excited to share that Chainode Tech has recently joined the XPLA Network as a Validator. XPLA is a chain built on Tendermint with the goal of providing users extensive experiences of DeFi, Play to Own (P2O) gaming, and tools to increase the adoption of Web2 users that are looking into joining the Web3 space.
Chainode Tech is an early supporter of various Cosmos-based blockchains, with Validator nodes launched on networks like Axelar Network, KAVA, Akash Network, Agoric, Regen Network, Desmos or BitSong (many of these being joined since the initial Testnet phases which later successfully transitioned into their Mainnet stages).
One of the particularities of the decentralized space is that various projects build the underlying technology and world-wide users get on board and adopt the best/most suitable solutions/applications for their needs. However, a lot of energy and financial resources often go to waste or are unsustainable due to inactivity. XPLA chain was developed with the purpose of addressing and finding a solution to these issues while setting the standard for viable, long-lasting development of applications in the blockchain industry, focusing on gaming, contents and entertainment. Another interesting & distinctive point about XPLA is that the chain’s ecosystem is designed to publicize all service decisions and operations of the decentralized applications on the platform by enabling all users to be owners.
On a more technical note, XPLA intends to set the standard for sustainable, long-term development of applications in the blockchain industry and is built as a developer-friendly chain due to IBC and the Cosmos SDK. In addition, the XPLA chain will be developed to support not only the Cosmos ecosystem but also Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), which will significantly contribute to the utilization of the XPLA chain ecosystem by supporting Ethereum based blockchains and dApps.
XPLA token holders can get involved in the governance of the network by delegating their stake to dedicated & performant Validators in order to contribute to the network’s security & decision making while earning tokens as staking rewards. In order to support decentralization, we highly encourage delegators to spread their stake among multiple Validators.
