Knock, knock who’s there?
— no-one —
so from where we are
let’s downplay
this year’s festivities
and behold beyond no-one
the crack of light beckoning us
to cautiously tiptoe into 2021
I’m a bit late with your timely prompt, Advent, Kathy Jacobs but as it’s not Christmas yet, I thought I might still give it a go.
