Chalkboard One Line Poetry Challenge Prompt: Conscience
Conscience trained in overdrive,
the blameless, accepting blame,
sowing seeds of self-loathing
while she in whom conscience should rule
runs amok through innocence
turned grown
turned now-too-late.
