Newborn flames leapt
reaching hungrily in fury
growing bright yellow & orange!

They flickered & danced
with no thought of appreciation
of what is consumed
or concern of left aghast!

Author’s Note: We all could be like the flames, it is put to us! We could be hungry for a better life, for better knowledge or anything we aspire. It is a lesson we can learn to do something without thinking about the outcome, with passion burning bright, going with the flow just as the heart wishes!
