Follow the Rainbow

My veiled anger
bursts forth
like sunlight
finally exposed after
a torrent
released
by heavy clouds
reveals
a rainbow arc
all
can now see

I hope one day anger is seen as being as much as a healthy emotion as sadness as it is often repressed and hiding under grief (or vice versa). It is the energy which when released can lead us back to the diamond of our whole unbroken self residing within and propel us forward.
