lies a space for you to rest, to breathe
and don’t forget, to exist
to survive and gather more strength
to paddle more than you can,
to achieve more than you deserve…
this persistence is all you have
and trust me, it’s more than everything you do
treasure it, use it, flaunt it, and when you’re done
just remember to pass it on…!
