i have peace within, because today I can FEEL the storm. the ups, the downs, the twists, the turns.

i have peace within today, knowing i’m listening to my messages, learning from my lessons, living my opportunities, speaking my truth, setting my boundaries, with my wings out, and my shields up.

i have peace within today, for instead of hiding, i’m totally exposed, naked on the page, embracing tsunamis of joy and contrast, ups & downs, twists & turns

i have peace within, instead of numbing out the storm, today, i FEEL the storm
