My broken mind —
The invisible prison.
Anxiety, depression,
Silent pain.

I hide this, my friend
Because I’m afraid
If you would find me
Human enough.

This one is for you, my new friend. I’m sorry I haven't found the courage to tell you yet. But I’m scared to lose you.

A response to Chalkboard one-line poem prompt by Suryatapa — Reason.
