The Writing Cooperative and Chalkboard Magnet Poetry Prompt

She is born to never know love

but groomed to love — anyway.

Like a toy doll

loves — in spite of

the broken body

that no one can fix.

The flaw of her life

glued to his death,

she is broken,

through no fault of her own.

Poem Used: “Irretrievably Broken” by Marley K.
