Join the amazing fundraisers taking part in the 5,000 lunges challenge on Challenge Accepted for Teenage Cancer Trust next month.

We know 5,000 lunges can sound a bit daunting so we’ve created 2 ways(challenges) for you to get involved on the Challenge Accepted app. You can either try to do as many lunges as you can every day for 30 days, or we’ve created a 30-day guide (with rest days!) for you to work up to hitting 5,000 lunges in the month.

How to get started?

  1. Download the free Challenge Accepted app
  2. Start your 5,000 lunges challenge. You can either do lunges every day or join the build-up challenge to get you to 290 lunges in a day (P.S this one has rest days!)
  3. Join the Teenage Cancer Trust Facebook group to get your t-shirt, tips, be inspired and find out more about the challenge

Teenage Cancer Trust creates world-class cancer services for young people in the UK, providing life-changing care and support so young people don’t have to face cancer alone. Every day, seven young people aged 13–24 hear the words “you have cancer”. They will each need specialised nursing care and support to get them through the toughest times they may have faced. Teenage Cancer Trust is the only UK charity dedicated to meeting this vital need.

Getting started is free and easy, register with Teenage Cancer Trust and join their Facebook group to join the community (and get the t-shirt). You can download the Challenge Accepted app on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to help you stay motivated with your challenge.
