In this series of posts, I’m putting two ideas together — the idea that smart, creative, sensitive individuals are confronted by special challenges and the idea that journaling is a valuable self-help tool — and turning them into a set of journaling prompts designed to lead you on a personal journey of discovery.

One of the likely consequences of being smart is that you are able to argue well. To put it one way, you might be that lawyer whom everyone fears at trial, because you can tear apart any argument, catch witnesses in inconsistencies, and “make people believe anything.” This may prove a wonderful asset at trial — but will it prove such a wonderful asset in your personal life?
