Four Ways to Improve Your Mindset
Sometimes, we just need an idea — a replanting of a seed. That simple seed, when watered, grows. If I pay attention to a few planted positive thoughts, the new mindset will stick over time.
Here is one:
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness
That most frightens us.
We ask ourselves
Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?”…
Marianne Williamson
The above is the starting section of a poem that, although often misquoted, always comes through. You may have been taught to stay small, but that does not positively serve you or the world.
Step into your brilliance; those around you will see this and want more! This action also gives permission to your “watchers” to do the same. “Watchers” are co-workers, children, mentors, and so on. Whether you are aware of them or not, your fans will see you allow yourself to succeed and will want to follow suit.
